Premium trial access never includes Pro-only capabilities. Features are role-specific: for example, Dealer Premium includes Buyer messaging and tour scheduling, while other account types only show tools implemented for their workflow. At trial end, accounts automatically fall back to Basic unless a paid plan is active.
